 | Arab Bank named best bank in Jordan by Euromoney for the 5th consecutive year  |  |

(MENAFN Press) Arab Bank was recognized as the Best Bank in Jordan by the international finance magazine Euromoney for the fifth consecutive year during the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2012 Middle East ceremony which was held recently in Dubai, UAE.
The ceremony was attended by a number of leading bankers, representatives from the media and members of the awards jury which comprised of a number of international experts and consultants from the global financial industry.
Euromoney praised the Bank's exceptional financial performance and the leading role it plays in the banking and financial services industry of Jordan.
Euromoney decides the winners by closely studying and evaluating a number of qualitative factors including key industry performance indicators, financial ratios and innovation over a twelve-month period.
Commenting on winning the award, Mrs. Kholoud Saqqaf, Arab Bank's Executive Vice President said, "The Bank's selection as the Best Bank in Jordan for the fifth consecutive year is a testament to its unwavering commitment toward providing world-class financial services to its customers and maintaining its solid financial position."
Mrs. Saqqaf went on to say that receiving this award from Euromoney is another step forward in the Bank's ongoing journey of success, which can be attributed to its highly qualified staff and vote of confidence by its valued customer base.
The latest award for Arab Bank complements the series of recognitions it received throughout the year, including Best Trade Finance Provider in the MENA region by Global Finance for the sixth straight year, in addition to Best Bank and Best Investment Bank in Jordan for the 4th consecutive year by EMEA Finance.
