(MENAFN - Khaleej Times) Die-hard fans of Madonna can buy the artiste's satin pink dress she wore in the Material Girl video or a clipped credit card once used by the singer.

More than 60 items from a selection of outfits, concert and movie costumes, jewellery, props and personal items are on display and sale at BurJuman, Dubai, at the 'Simply Madonna' exhibition featuring authentic memorabilia of the Queen of Pop.

The least expensive item on the list, however, is priced at Dh6,358. The collection has been built and curated over the past six years by Marquee Capital (memorabilia investment firm) and spans the star's legendary 25-year career in the music and movie business.

The Simply Madonna exhibition will take place at the BurJuman Observatory Area between 10am and 10pm from May 24 to June 6. Sale of the collectibles will be held from May 27 to 31.

"The entire price list has not been released, but the most expensive piece in the list is the pink satin dress she wore for the 1985 pop video of Material Girl, priced at approximately Dh192,757,859. The dress is iconic and has a long history to it.

It is currently the single most important Madonna outfit in existence," said Sabina Khandwani, Head of PR and Marketing, BurJuman. Other pieces include the infamous black bustier she wore in the video of Open your Heart, a broken credit card (Dh218,498 approx), movie accessories, her iconic black gloves and other important video accessories.

"There is a personal touch to each item that is up for sale. Take the credit card for example; she personally cut it in 1987 because it was no longer valid.

"There are also documents like the signed cancellation of her post-marital agreement with actor Sean Penn. It is signed as Madonna Penn. The marriage was short-lived and this document is one of the few times she signed as Madonna Penn," added Khandwani.

Other important items on the list include personal choreography notes and diary planners, which are all collector's items.

"The Madonna fever is very high at the moment. This is her first time in the UAE, and we are expecting the exhibition to do very well. The exhibition is aimed at die-hard fans, both corporates and individuals," said Khandwani.
