(MENAFN - Arab News) Riyadh International Urban Development and Real Estate exhibition titled "Partnership between the Housing Ministry and Private Sector" to develop housing ended yesterday.
Abbas Hadi, adviser to the Minister of Housing, said: "The ministry is working hard to provide housing for citizens with appropriate services, drawing attention to the fact that it does not only look for the implementation of the projected 500,000 housing units, but until after the construction of these units we will achieve sustainability in the Kingdom's housing market.
Al-Seidan company took part in the exhibition with a view to strengthening its presence in the real estate sector. It is keen to diversify its real estate products by promoting new office towers and residential units in different locations, and this comes through its experience of more than 75 years in real estate.
Mohammed bin Ibrahim bin Seidan, real estate services unit manager at Al-Seidan company for Real Estate, said: "We take great pride in the company as we have the experience of a legacy of more than 75 years that helped us to meet the requirements of the real estate market through the creation of real estate products to suit all segments of society."
Al Seidan explained that the launch of various projects during the exhibition was aimed at contributing to help solve the housing problem experienced in Riyadh. "This is possible due to the company's mission of instilling confidence among its customers." The company launched several new projects including a cooperation project in a district on 12,491 square meter land, with a construction area of 31,500 square meters with residential units, 145 apartments and 10 villas.
