Saudi- Source Energy, Rafal Real Estate sign deal 

(MENAFN - Arab News) Source Energy LLC - a company owned by the National Tri-Generation CHP Company - has signed a contract worth around SR240 million with Rafal Real Estate Development for the supply and installation, operation and ownership of a tri-generation plant.

The plant provides energy to the Rafal Tower, overlooking the King Fahd Road, and related facilities.

Salah bin Abdulaziz Al-Afaleq, CEO and managing director of the National Tri-Generation CHP Company, expressed his happiness in signing the contract. Rafal Tower is an important and giant monument that requires modern techniques.

Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hugail CEO of Rafal Real Estate Development, signed the contract with Source Energy LLC.

He confirmed that the choice of Source Energy LLC to supply the tower's energy requirements is consistent with environmental standards, technical and safety standards envisaged by the company in the establishment of the tower.

The building comprises 70 floors, which include 2 underground floors (basements). It is 308 meters in height and was designed to be a major milestone of Riyadh,

The building includes 440 luxurious residential units and the Kempinski Hotel which consists of 350 luxurious rooms and suites.

The tower also includes a number of facilities that are introduced to the kingdom for the first time.

Majid said the Rafal Tower had so far received six awards of excellence in construction, design and sustainability.
