Fujairah City Center lines up diverse range 

(MENAFN - Arab News) Fujairah City Center, the emirate's largest shopping, leisure and entertainment destination, has opened its doors with more than 100 stores ready for shoppers on day one.

The new center introduces a diverse mix of new and internationally renowned brands, plus state-of-the-art entertainment and a wide range of food and beverage options to the UAE's East Coast.

Fujairah City Center is the sixth strategic shopping mall in the UAE for Majid Al Futtaim Properties and the company's 11th mall in the region.

Fujairah City Center is valued at an estimated AED400 million.

This premium development reflects the growing residential and tourism aspirations of Fujairah, creating more than 1200 jobs for the community, and addressing the increasing customer demand for shopping and entertainment destinations in the UAE."

The center includes the largest Carrefour hypermarket in the emirate, enabling residents to immediately enjoy the retail and entertainment options now available at their doorstep.

More than three-quarters of Fujairah City Center's stores are being newly introduced to the emirate, and include a mix of popular and affordable high street fashion brands and international dining choices.

"Today is a milestone occasion for the residents of Fujairah, and the growing number of tourists visiting the emirate," said Majed Al Fahim, senior manager for Fujairah City Center.
