P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. Announces Special Dividend

TONTITOWN, Ark., Mar 20, 2012 (Menafn - GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) --P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. PTSI today announced its Board of Directors has approved a special one-time dividend of 1.00 per share. The dividend is payable on April 9, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2012. A total of approximately 8.7 million will be paid on the Company's 8.7 million outstanding shares of common stock as a result of the special dividend.

P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. is a leading truckload dry van carrier transporting general commodities throughout the continental United States, as well as in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec. The Company also provides transportation services in Mexico through its gateways in Laredo and El Paso, Texas under agreements with Mexican carriers.
