Acacia subsidiary AdjustaCam signs settlement and licence agreement with Creative Technology Ltd and Creative Labs Inc

Nov 22, 2011 (Menafn - TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) --Patent licensing firm Acacia Research Corporation ACTG reported today that a settlement and licence agreement has been signed by its subsidiary AdjustaCam LLC with Creative Technology Ltd and Creative Labs Inc.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Acacia said that this agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
