Molson Coors Brewing declares quarterly class A and B common dividend of USD0.32 per share

Nov 16, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Brewers, Molson Coors Brewing Company TAP released on Thursday a regular quarterly class A and B common dividend of USD0.32 per share.

All shareholders of record on 30 November 2012 will receive the payment on 17 December 2012

Additionally, the company announced that Molson Coors Canada Inc declared a quarterly dividend of CAD0.32 per share (the Canadian dollar equivalent of the dividend declared on Molson Coors stock), also to be paid on 17 December 2012, to its class A and B exchangeable shareholders of record on 30 November 2012.
