Tumi Holdings reports secondary offering of 10.1m shares

Nov 06, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Tumi Holdings Inc TUMI, a brand of premium travel, business and lifestyle products and accessories, stated on Monday that certain of its existing stockholders are offering 10.1m shares of its common stock in an underwritten offering, subject to market and other conditions.

The company itself will not receive any proceeds from the offering. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to about 1.5m additional shares.

The joint bookrunning managers are Goldman, Sachs & Co, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and JP Morgan Securities LLC and co-managers are William Blair & Company LLC and Jefferies & Company Inc.
