Mirvac chief puts her chosen in place

Jan 22, 2013 (Menafn - The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) --Mirvac Group is believed to be preparing to launch a A7bn takeover bid for Australand Property Group. CEO Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz split Mirvac's residential and commercial development businesses and announced an executive reshuffle following her appointment. Mirvac's CEO for development, Brett Draffen, who is expected to succeed Lloyd-Hurwitz, was given responsibility for group strategy as part of the reshuffle, while the position of COO was cut.
