Martin Midstream Partners Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution and Release Date of Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2012 Results
KILGORE, Texas, Jan 24, 2013 (Menafn - GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) --Martin Midstream Partners L.P. MMLP announced today it has declared a quarterly cash distribution of 0.77 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 and plans to publicly release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 after the market closes on Wednesday, February 27, 2013.
In addition, Martin Midstream Partners plans to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 after the market closes on Monday, March 4, 2013.
Quarterly Cash Distribution
This quarterly distribution remains unchanged from the distribution paid in the prior quarter. The distribution is payable on February 14, 2013 to common unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2013. The ex-dividend date for the cash distribution is February 5, 2013. This distribution reflects an annualized distribution rate of 3.08 per unit and is based on Martin Midstream Partners' current operating performance the current general economic, industry, and market conditions affecting it.

An investors' conference call to review the third quarter results will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time.
