Lending firm renovating space on Loop 323 in Tyler
Dec 24, 2012 (Menafn - Tyler Morning Telegraph - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --Cal Tech, a financial lending business from San Angelo, is renovating an existing 4,200-square-foot lease space at 1828 ESE Loop 323 for 190,000. Transet Co., of Longview, is the contractor.
Interstate Batteries is repaving its parking lot at 1920 NNW Loop 323 for 50,000. Kieth Pennington is the owner and Kimsey Construction, of Frisco, is the contractor.
Lynell Davis is replacing the roof of a commercial building at 1515 Bowie Drive for 4,500. Pablo Salazar is the contractor.
Sign permits were filed for Papi's Restaurant, Gustavo Vargas, 2820 Frankston Highway, 4,460, Kirkland Sign Co. Inc.; and GenCore, 5750 Eagles Nest Blvd., 10,000, Leon's Signs Inc.
Alberta Perez filed a temporary use permit for a DJ outside of Big Fiesta, at 1018 E. Erwin St., from Dec. 13 through Jan. 13.

Branch Creek Developers is constructing a new five-unit multi-family residence at 5114, 5118, 5122, 5126 and 5130 Chadbourne St. The units will each be 1,880 square feet each and cost 145,000 each.
Pyramid Homes, of Flint, is constructing a new duplex at 1712 and 1714 Timber Creek Drive. The two units will be 2,246 square foot each and cost 100,000 each.
Steve and Cathy Shipp are constructing a 3,789-square-foot home at 7075 Calumet Drive for 250,000. CB Builder is the contractor.
Jim Crane Homes LLC is building a 3,969-square-foot house at 8547 Castleton Way for 250,000.
Josh and Andrea Stein are building a 2,231-square-foot pool house at 4346 Lazy Creek for 181,000. Stricklin Homes is the contractor.
John Lindley, of Houston, is installing a hip roof system over an existing two-stall pier and deck with a storage room at 17238 Pilot Drive. Hanks Construction Co. LLC, of Whitehouse, is the contractor for the 20,500 project.
Palm Harbor Village is doing a custom porch cover with a deck at 2701 E. Front St. for 7,100. Jerry Burden, of Rockwall, is the contractor.
Frank Coan is building a deck at 6709 Hollytree Circle for 4,800. Enders Construction Inc. is the contractor.
Nancy Ulrich is replacing two windows at 1925 Overhill Drive for 3,168. THD At-Home-Services is the contractor.
Debby and Chris Hardin filed a permit for demolition work to a detached garage at 1411 S. Chilton for 2,500. CB Builder is the contractor.
