Whiting USA Trust II declares quarterly distribution of USD0.954554 per unit

May 08, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Subsidiary of oil and gas company Whiting Petroleum Corp and holder of net profits interest, Whiting USA Trust II WHZ declared on Monday its first Trust distribution in 2012 relating to net profits generated in the first quarter payment period of USD0.954554 per unit.

The distribution will be made on or before 30 May 2012 to all unitholders of record on 20 May or the actual effective record date of 18 May 2012 as 20th of May falls on a non-trading day.
