BRIEF: Duluth man injured when motorcycle struck by deer

Aug 11, 2012 (Menafn - Duluth News Tribune - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --A Duluth man was injured Thursday afternoon when his motorcycle was struck by a deer.

Mark M. Grewatz, 62, was heading east on Minnesota Highway 34 in Becker County when the deer came out of the ditch and ran into his motorcycle, a 2006 Harley-Davidson, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Grewatz lost control of the motorcycle and laid it down in the roadway.

The accident happened about 2 p.m. Grewatz's injuries were described as non-life threatening.
