Hanmi Financial names Shick (Mark) Yoon as interim CFO

Nov 05, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --The board of directors of Hanmi Financial Corporation HAFC, the holding company for Hanmi Bank, appointed Shick (Mark) Yoon as interim CFO as of 13 November 2012 with the resignation of EVP and CFO Lonny Robinson of the company and the Bank from the same date, it revealed on Friday.

Yoon is at present the company's SVP and CSO and will continue in those roles while serving in his new position and has been with the company since 2008 and earlier held the positions of deputy CFO, treasurer and senior planning officer.

The company said that it will appoint a permanent CFO in the future.
