PYDS reports record net income for Q3 2012 over prior year

Nov 15, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Payment Data Systems Inc (otcqb:PYDS), an integrated electronic payments solutions provider, reported on Wednesday for the quarter ended 30 September 2012 a net income of USD626,742, increased from the net income of USD262,541 for the same 2011 quarter.

Revenues for the third quarter increased to USD2.3m, up 59% from the revenues of USD1.4m in the third quarter of 2011 as a result of higher payment transaction growth.
