Orchard Supply Hardware establishes date of 2012 annual stockholders' meeting

May 08, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Speciality home improvement retailer Orchard Supply Hardware Stores Corporation OSH stated on Monday that its 2012 annual stockholders' meeting will be held at 08:00 pacific time on 21 June 2012 at its principal offices at 6450 Via Del Oro, San Jose, California 95119.

Additionally, the company said that all stockholders of record at the close of business on 23 April 2012 will be eligible to notice of and to vote upon matters at the annual meeting.
