--On Wednesday, May 16, 2012, Power Solutions Chief Strategy Officer
Thomas Somodi and Chief Financial Officer Daniel Gorey will attend the
Barrington Research 6th Annual Industrial & Business Services Conference
at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago. The Company will be available for
