LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, Dec 19, 2012 (Menafn - MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Anglo Pacific Group PLC ("Anglo Pacific", the "Company") announces that, further to its release dated 17thSeptember, Mr. Peter Boycott, the Company's Executive Chairman, isstill on leave of absence for health reasons. Mr. Boycott continuesin his role as a director of the Company. The Board has agreed that,in his absence, Mr. Brian Wides will now serve as Acting Chairmanwith immediate effect. Mr. Brian Wides is Executive Director ofInternational Business Development and was appointed to the Board asan Executive Director in June 1997. Mr. Michael Atkinson continues asa non-executive director of the Company and is currently theCompany's Senior Independent Director.
