BRIEF: PREP BASKETBALL: Red Rock girls hoops jamboree slated for Saturday

SLAYTON, Nov 14, 2012 (Menafn - The Daily Globe - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --The Red Rock Conference will be hosting its Girls and Boys Basketball Jamborees in Adrian on Saturday and Slayton on Nov. 24.

The girls jamboree will take place Saturday at Adrian High School with Westbrook-Walnut Grove taking on Hills-Beaver Creek in Game 1. Game 2 will feature Red Rock Central battling Southwest Christian.

Game 3 will see Mountain Lake Area facing off with Luverne, while Edgerton and Murray County Central take to the floor in Game 4.

Southwest United will face Fulda in Game 5 and then host Adrian will battle Ellsworth in Game 6.

The boys jamboree will be Murray County Central High School in Slayton on Nov. 24 and will feature six games between area teams. Game 1 will be between Hills-Beaver Creek and Fulda, while Tracy-Milroy-Balaton will face off against Southwest Christian in Game 2.

Southwest United and Ellsworth will duke it out in Game 3 and Adrian will take on Red Rock Central in Game 4.

Game 5 will feature host Murray County Central and Mountain Lake Area, while Westbrook-Walnut Grove and Edgerton will throw down in Game 6.
