Premier won't rule out tilt at Myer, DJs

Dec 04, 2012 (Menafn - The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) --Premier Investments has not dismissed a takeover bid for David Jones or Myer. CEO Mark McInnes has recruited 20 senior executives over a year, prompting speculation about a bid for a department store. McInnes said that his main aim was to improve the performance of Just Group. However, he would not rule anything out as assets are being sought at the right price.
