Fluormin concludes Fluorspar sale in Kenya

Nov 27, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Fluormin plc (aim:FLOR), a UK registered company that has a portfolio of fluorspar interests in South Africa and Tunisia, confirmed today that it has completed the sale of its interest in Kenya Fluorspar Company Limited.

An agreement on the deal was signed on 9 March 2012 and the 20% interest was sold for a total of USD13m.

The outstanding balance of the consideration, equating to USD6.5m, has now been received by the company, as a result of which Fluormin said that the disposal has been satisfactorily completed.
