BRIEF: Lucas-Milhaupt acquires Poland-based metal processing company

Nov 21, 2012 (Menafn - Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --Lucas-Milhaupt Inc., a Milwaukee-based subsidiary of Handy & Harman Ltd., has acquired a metal processing company based in Poland.

In a news release, Lucas said it acquired Inmet Metal Processing Plant Ltd., of Gliwice, Poland. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Inmet's products include silver, copper, and nickel-based materials used in wire and electrical contacts.
