Telestone Technologies Corporation delays filing of Form 10-Q for Q3

Nov 14, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Telestone Technologies Corporation TSTC, a supplier of local access network solutions for communications networks in China, is to ask for more time for the filing of its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the third quarter ended 30 September 2012, the company announced today.

A Form 12b-25 extension request will be submitted by Telestone to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company said that it requires additional time to complete the report and is therefore unable to file its third-quarter 2012 report on Form 10-Q by the initial filing deadline of 14 November 2012.

Telestone anticipates that it will file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q on or before 19 November 2012.
