Distinguished Clinician Brings Deep Health Management Experience to Insulet Board

Fallon, M.D.,F.A.C.P. to the Company's board of directors. A leading healthmanagement expert, Dr. Fallon's career includes 25 years ofexperience in health management, overlapping with two decades ofclinical practice in internal medicine.
Since 2004, Dr. Fallon has served as the Chief Physician Executiveand Senior Vice President at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts(BCBSMA), the leading health plan in Massachusetts with approximately3 million members. At BCBSMA he is responsible for health planinitiatives focusing on policy, quality, affordability, innovativereimbursement and care management models.

From 2000 to 2004, Dr. Fallon served as Chief Executive Officer forClinical Affairs at the State University of New York DownstateMedical Center. Previously, Dr. Fallon was with Partners HealthcareSystem (PHS), a non-profit community healthcare system founded by TheMassachusetts General Hospital and The Brigham and Women's Hospital.He served as a Trustee for PHS's Physician Network and as itsChairman from 1998 to 2000. Dr. Fallon had an internal medicinepractice in Salem, Massachusetts for over two decades.
Dr. Fallon serves on numerous boards, including the Temple UniversitySchool of Medicine Board of Advisors, and as Chairman of NEHI,formerly the New England Health Institute. Dr. Fallon received aBachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross, his M.D. fromTufts University School of Medicine and a Master's degree in BusinessAdministration from the University of South Florida.
