Bank of America announces quarterly common and preferred dividends

Jan 24, 2013 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Bank of America Corporation BAC reported on Wednesday that its board of directors has authorised a regular cash dividend of USD0.01 per common share for the quarter.

This dividend will be paid on 22 March 2013, to all shareholders of record as of 1 March 2013.

Additionally, the board approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of USD1.75 per share on the bank's 7% cumulative redeemable preferred stock, Series B. This will be paid on 25 April 2013 to shareholders of record as of 11 April 2013.
