May 27, 2012 (Menafn - The Australian Financial Review Boss - ABIX via COMTEX) --Stockland is among 66 global companies taking part in a two-year trial study of a more holistic approach to financial statements entitled "international integrated reporting". MD Matthew Quinn says the Australian-listed property group is not participating out of altruism, but out of a desire to improve investor returns. The International Integrated Reporting Council wants the trial to help devise a reporting model that factors in things such as governance, sustainability and community.
