Petaquilla Announces Finalization of Mining Rights for Lomero-Poyatos
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Nov 12, 2012 (Menafn - MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. ("Petaquilla" or the "Company") PTQM.F(frankfurt:P7Z) is pleased to announce that thetitling process for its Lomero-Poyatos project in Andalusia has beencompleted.
The completion of the titling process culminates the Andalusianadministrative proceedings enabling Petaquilla to continue work tobring the mine back into operation. During the next six months, theCompany will move to final engineering and design, initiatedevelopmental drilling, conduct bulk volume testing, and advance aNational Instrument 43-101 feasibility study.
In October 2011, the Ministry of Environment granted UnifiedEnvironmental Authorisation (AAU) to the Company for theLomero-Poyatos project, which comprises 13 concessions totalling 176hectares.
