CAMARILLO, CA, Mar 18, 2013 (Menafn - MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Salem Communications Corporation SALM, a leading U.S.radio broadcaster, Internet content provider and magazine and bookpublisher targeting audiences interested in Christian andconservative opinion content, today announced that it has scheduledits Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at9:30 a.m. (Pacific Time) to be held at Salem's headquarters inCamarillo, California.
Salem also announced the Record Date applicable for the voting ofshares at the Annual Meeting to be March 25, 2013.
