Club Med to open Turkish Riviera property in 2013

Dec 28, 2012 (Menafn - AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION via COMTEX) --French resort operator Club Med said it will open Club Med Belek on the Mediterranean shores of the Turkish Riviera in spring 2013.

According to Club Med, the property lies 55km east of Antalya, Turkey.

The '4 Trident Resort' is home to a variety of sports and activities including three Sports Academies, a variety of luxury accommodation, villas and services, several indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a 4,500m2 spa, Children's Clubs, bowling alley, and three fine-dining restaurants, Club Med said.

The resort is divided into a lively family area offering dedicated family facilities and a more serene wellness area including the luxury villas, golf and spa services.

Club Med Belek enjoys a location next to Lykia Links 18-hole championship golf course. It also sits alongside 2.5kms of private beach backed by the Taurus mountain range.
