--Jive previously announced its plans to participate in the Wells Fargo
Technology, Media & Telecom Conference in New York City, on Thursday,
November 8. However, due to the severe weather conditions forecast for
the New York region for Wednesday and Thursday and its impact on airline
operations, the company will no longer be able to attend this event.
--In addition to participating in the Goldman Sachs Small Cap Technology
One-on-One Summit today in San Francisco, Jive is announcing that it
will be presenting at the Credit Suisse Annual Technology Conference in
Scottsdale, Arizona on November 27, 2012 at 2pm MST. The company will
also be attending the Needham & Co. SaaS One-on-One Investor Day on
December 5, 2012 in San Francisco, CA.
