Keyera Announces Executive Resignation

CALGARY, Oct. 7, 2012, 2012 (Menafn - Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) --Keyera Corp. ("Keyera") announced today that Dean Setoguchi, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is resigning from Keyera to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Setoguchi joined the company in 2008 as Vice President of Finance. Since then, Dean has made a significant contribution to Keyera's success. We at Keyera thank him for his service and wish him well in his future endeavours.

In the interim, David Smith, President and Chief Operating Officer, will also assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Smith previously served as Keyera's Chief Financial Officer from 1998-2008.
