Sitecore cloud service forecast to save Ninemsn time and millions

Dec 03, 2012 (Menafn - The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) --Ninemsn is shifting from its legacy content management system to cloud computing service Sitecore. The news web site began contracting out its IT infrastructure to Amazon Web roughly four months ago. Management calculates that shifting to cloud computing will save roughly A4 million per annum. Commonwealth Bank of Australia has also made the transition to cloud computing, and estimated that using Amazon has cut its costs by tens of millions of dollars in the last 12 months.
