Continental Precious Minerals Inc. 2012 Annual Meeting
TORONTO, ONTARIO, Nov 26, 2012 (Menafn - MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or"Continental") announced that the notice of meeting, managementinformation circular and proxy for the Company's 2012 annual meetingwill be mailed to shareholders on November 29, 2012. Because of thechanges in agenda items, the Company is calling a new meeting ofshareholders to be held on December 20, 2012 rather than adjourningthe previously called meeting. The changes in agenda items are theresult of the withdrawal of a previously submitted shareholderproposal, the addition of a new item of business (ratification of theadvance notice by-law that was the subject of the Company's newsrelease of November 14, 2012) and a change to the directors nominatedby management (resulting from the appointment of Mani Verma to theboard on November 22, 2012). The record date remains the same(October 23, 2012). Shareholders are advised that any proxiessubmitted prior to the date hereof in relation to the previouslycalled meeting will be disregarded and are urged to submit newproxies upon receipt of the Company's meeting materials.
