Year End Milestone Achievements for Sauer Energy
CAMARILLO, CA, Dec 20, 2012 (Menafn - MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Sauer Energy Inc. ("SEI") SENY, developer of the patentedWindCharger(TM) brand vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) andmanufacturer of the patented HELIX WIND(R) vertical axis windturbine, hereby releases its year-end Statement of Operations. SEIhas made milestone accomplishments in 2012.
Corporate Accomplishments
In February 2012, SEI walked away from a potential acquisition withCity Windmills, Inc. It was not in the best interests of SEI and itsshareholders to move forward with the acquisition.
In February 2012, SEI received the coveted and prestigious "Projectof the Year" award from the Institute of Electrical and ElectronicsEngineers (IEEE), a worldwide organization that is over 400,000members strong.
In May 2012, SEI completed its asset purchase of Helix Wind Inc., aformer manufacturer of vertical axis wind turbines. SEI acquired allof Helix's intellectual property, patents, both domestic andinternational, tooling, engineering, inventory and equipment. Helixhad worldwide sales and installations that were very successful andSEI will be able to expand upon this base. There was no liabilityincurred with this purchase and it was made exclusively with SENYshares.
In June 2012, ENRCOM received the WindCharger(TM) for itscommunication tower pilot program in Mexico. Installation is nowcomplete after a change in test site location and securing furtherpermits. Test data is now being collected and analyzed.
Atop the twenty-first story of ENRCOM's corporate office building inGuadalajara, Mexico, sits the WindCharger(TM) on its cell phonetower. We look forward to the release of optimistic data in January2013.
In September 2012, SEI consolidated all its locations to one buildingin Camarillo, CA. The new Camarillo Headquarters serves as amanufacturing/distribution center for both the SEI WindCharger(TM)and HELIX WIND(R) turbines, with the HELIX WIND(R) turbine blades tobe manufactured in-house and made in America. HELIX WIND(R) verticalaxis wind turbines were previously manufactured in China. All SEIbrand vertical axis wind turbines are to be made in America.
In October 2012, a pair of WindChargers(TM) made their debut atop thenew Headquarters, along with one Helix turbine. Testing has begun onperformance, blades, mounts and durability.
Within the last 60 days, SEI added the highly specialized NUWA Group,LLC, of San Francisco, to the team to spearhead its Public Relationsand Investor Relations activities. They are poised to assist SEI inits efforts to promote and deploy the marketing campaigns as well asrendering support to SEI's shareholder base.
Prioritizing the funding structure was of utmost importance. EuropeanAmerican Equities joined the SEI financing team and has securedfunding as a means to bring products to market in the very nearfuture. They plan to consistently market our interests and assist usin procuring the most beneficial investments available as we continueto expand and implement our business model for future fundings.Eclipse Advisors has arranged a 15M equity line of funding.
Favorable funding terms secured are extremely hard to find for acompany in pre-expansion phase of its business given the currentattitudes toward investments and the overall economic climate. SEIcame against considerable financial headwinds throughout the year andwas able to adjust and adapt into a position for present and futuregrowth.
SEI plans to expand its executive management team to effectivelyspearhead sales, marketing and production phases of business. Moregoals and milestones are set.
SEI has plans to partner with education administrators to help createtraining programs for jobs that do not yet exist and inspiration forproducts that are not yet invented. They agree that future innovatorswill play a key role globally.
Worldwide intellectual property patents for both WindCharger(TM) andHelix are in all different stages and SEI continues to expand thesecurity of the barrier.
