ISee3D Calls Annual Special Meeting and Corporate Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jul 27, 2012 (Menafn - Marketwire via COMTEX) --ISee3D Inc. (the "Company") wishes to announce that an annual special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") will be held in Burnaby, B.C. on August 29, 2012. The Meeting is being called by Tom Mitchell in his capacity as the sole remaining director of the Company.

Shareholders of record on July 31, 2012 will be entitled to receive notice of the meeting.

The Company also wishes to announce that Tom Dalrymple has resigned as Chief Operating Officer, effective June 30, 2012. The Company would like to thank Mr. Dalrymple for his services and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
