Yamana Gold Declares Quarterly Dividend

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Aug 8, 2012 (Menafn - Marketwire via COMTEX) --YAMANA GOLD INC. AUY today announced its third quarter 2012 dividend of 0.065 per share. Shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, September 28, 2012 will be entitled to receive payment of this dividend on Friday, October 12, 2012. The dividend is an "eligible dividend" for Canadian tax purposes.
