little bank's board approves 5% stock dividend and higher half yearly dividend of USD0.075 per share

Nov 19, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --The board of directors of the little bank LTLB, a provider of banking and financial services, has authorised a 5% stock dividend and a half yearly common cash dividend of USD0.075 per share on currently, 2,690,028 shares of issued and outstanding common stock the bank reported on Friday.

The 5% stock dividend will be paid on 7 December 2012, to all shareholders of record as of 26 November 2012 and cash will be paid in lieu of fractional shares as per the stock's market value at the close of business on 26 November 2012.

Further, the cash dividend to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on 14 December 2012, will be paid post-split on the increased number of shares on 31 December 2012.
