BRIEF: USM sets its signing day events for fans

Jan 26, 2013 (Menafn - The Sun Herald - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --Southern Miss will hold multiple events on Feb. 6 to mark the first signing class of new football coach Todd Monken.

The first event of the day will be an 11:30 a.m. luncheon at Buffalo Wild Wings in Hattiesburg, where Monken will discuss the recruiting class.

The first 250 fans through the door will receive a mini poster courtesy of Buffalo Wild Wings.

Following lunch, Monken will hold a question-and-answer session about the signing class.

At 5:30 p.m., the Southern Miss Signing Day Social will be at the Lake Terrace Convention Center in Hattiesburg.

The event will begin with an hour-long silent auction on USM-related items.
