Aoyuan Property to Offer USD125mn Preferential Bills

GUANGZHOU, Nov 15, 2012 (Menafn - SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) --China Aoyuan Property Group Limited (sehk:3883) revealed that UBS will purchase preferential bills worth USD 125 million that will be due and payable in 2017 offered by the company and affiliates.

Totally USD 118 million will be financed through the preferential bills, which will be used for supporting existing and new property projects, land acquisition, refinancing of existing debts and general proposes.

The issue price of the preferential bills represents 97.83% of its principal. Interest will be calculated according to an annual rate of 13.875% from November 23.

Aoyuan Property said that it will apply to HKEx for trading of the preferential bills only by professional investors.
