KIRKLAND, Wash., Aug 1, 2012 (Menafn - GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) --International business and IT services firm, Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc., today has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Kipe Technology Resources--a leading technology staffing firm based out of Beaverton, Oregon.
The purchase of Kipe Technology Resources further increases Xtreme's share in the IT consulting market.
