Audrey Koi scored 14 points to lead Shady Side Academy (4-6).

Apollo-Ridge 41, Carlynton 38 (OT) -- Sarah and Megan Bonelli each scored 14 points to lead the Vikings (7-2), who trailed, 14-10, at halftime but railled to force overtime in the championship game of the Apollo Trust Company Christmas Tournament.

Wrestling

Powerade Christmas Tournament -- With three wins via pin, Kittanning junior 132-pounder Jason Nolf advanced to the semifinals of his weight class. The No. 1 seed, he will wrestle No. 4 Dennis Gustafson, a senior from Forest Park (Va.), Saturday at Canon-McMillan for a spot in the championship bout.

Senior 152-pounder Taylor Jack is the only other Kittanning wrestler remaining in the tournament. He won two bouts to reach the quarterfinals, where he lost to No. 1 seed Russell Parsons, a Blair Academy (N.J.) senior. Jack will begin Saturday with a consolation bout against Pittsburgh Central Catholic junior Kyle Coniker.

Blair Academy senior Addison Knepshield, a Manor Township native who attends the New Jersey boarding school, is in the 182-pound semifinals after he won with two pins and a 10-2 major decision. Knepshield, the No. 6 seed, will meet McGuffey senior and No. 2 seed Brent Blacharcyzk Saturday.
