United Airlines waives change fees for US Midwest storm-impacted pax

Dec 20, 2012 (Menafn - AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION via COMTEX) --Chicago, USA-based carrier United Airlines UAL said it is offering travel options for customers whose flight plans may be disrupted by severe weather impacting the US Midwest region.

According to the airline, weather conditions will lead to the delay or cancellation of certain flights into and out of several Midwest airports, includingChicago, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Grand Rapids, Lincoln, Madison, Milwaukee, Moline, Omaha and Wichita.

Customers ticketed on flights to, from or through airports in the path of the storm may reschedule their itineraries with a one-time date or time change, and the airline will waive the change fees United said.
