This class has a competitive edge, competing with and against one another, always trying to rise above, always striving to do better, and accomplish more than other classes or students, in the past. This competitiveness has given them strength and taught them endurance. These strengths have been evident in their sports, choir, robotics, band and UIL. They have gone above and beyond; they have met many personal goals and set the bar high for future graduating classes. The Slaton High School Administration, Teachers, Staff, and fellow students are proud of those young men and women and wish them the very best in their future endeavors." -- Dana Wright, counselor
