BRIEF: Chattanooga police, Crime Stoppers seek man in coin laundry theft

Nov 15, 2012 (Menafn - Chattanooga Times Free Press - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --Chattanooga police and Crime Stoppers are looking for a man who broke into a Chattanooga coin laundry and stole money from several machines.

The thief broke into Maytag Coin Laundry at 4011 Brainerd Road and stole food and money from a vending machine and three video machines, police said.

He is white with some facial hair. He was wearing a dark hoodie and light-colored jeans during the robbery. Cameras show the man leaving in a maroon four-door Chevy sedan.

Anyone with information on this vandalism and theft is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 423-698-3333. The call is confidential and could make the tipster eligible for a reward up to 1,000.
