--Allegheny Valley Bank hired Patrick W. Wisman as senior vice president, chief credit officer; Robert (Bob) C. Buzzelli as executive vice president, chief banking and wealth management officer; and William (Bill) S. Bennett as senior vice president, director of private banking.

--Edward J. Harris of Harris Wealth Management has become a member of the Financial Services Institute.

--Kirk Charles Sieg II joined Sail Mortgage Corp. as a loan consultant.

LEGAL

--Cohen & Grigsby appointed Ronald T. Aulbach as a director in the firm's business services group. He specializes in transactional tax law.

HEALTH CARE

--At University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine: William R. Wagner, professor of surgery, bioengineering and chemical engineering, was named director of the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine; and Rocky S. Tuan, the Arthur J. Rooney professor in sports medicine and executive vice chair for research, department of orthopedic surgery, was named associate director.

--Phoenix Rehabilitation and Health Services Inc. promoted John Duffy to co-facility director at the company's clinic in Mt. Lebanon.

--Tyler Haney joined UPMC as vice president of digital strategy, a newly created position.

NONPROFITS

--Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania elected these officers: President, Eugene H. Bringol Jr. (Sonny), Victorian Finance LLC; immediate past president, Patrick Rice, Patriot Lending Services Inc.; vice president, Delbert Hague, Washington Financial Bank; secretary, Dan Fix, Sail Mortgage Corp.; and treasurer, Andrew Dodd, Fifth Third Bank.

--Jeff Wangler is now president of AIReS, and Bryan Putt is chief executive officer.

--Alexandria Chaklos joined 1410 KQV Newsradio as local news anchor and reporter.
