Staples products now available in Japan

Jan 24, 2013 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Office products company Staples Inc SPLS announced on Wednesday the launch of Staples brand products in Japan.

Staples said that it has established a wholesale distribution relationship with Jointex, an office products wholesaler and division of PLUS Corporation, a manufacturer of stationery and office furniture based in Tokyo.

Now, a wide range of Staples brand products, including technology accessories, writing instruments and supplies, are available to small business customers in Japan via delivery and over 25 retail stores.

Staples said that it plans to expand the number of products and categories over time.
