BRIEF: York Water declares 568th dividend

YORK, Pa., Nov 20, 2012 (Menafn - York Daily Record - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --The oldest invester-owned utility on Monday declared a quarterly dividend of 0.1383 per share -- an increase of 3.5 percent.

This is the 568th consecutive dividend to be paid by The York Water Co. and is the sixteenth consecutive year that the company has increased its dividend.

The dividend is payable Jan.15 to shareholders as of record date Dec. 31.
