Regal Lifestyles Communities Inc. declares its initial dividend of 8.65 cents per common share
TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2012, 2012 (Menafn - Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) --Regal Lifestyle Communities Inc. ("Regal" or the "Company") announced yesterday that its Board of Directors declared an initial cash dividend of 0.0865 cents per share for the 45-day period from October 16, 2012 to November 30, 2012. The dividend is payable on December 14, 2012 to shareholders of record as at November 30, 2012. This press release corrects a typographical error in the press release issued November 14, 2012.
