Michael McCarthy has been promoted to regional manager for Manatee County for Fifth Third Bank. In his new role, he is responsible for directing financial centers in Manatee County to achieve profit, growth and customer service objectives.
Attorney and certified public accountant Jo Ann Koontz has been appointed to the Human Services Advisory Council, an advisory board for the Sarasota County government. She will fill the vacancy for a certified public accountant.

She served as the creative director for Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty in Pennsylvania in 2002. Eisnaugle spent years as a designer in Sarasota working in high-end residential design, model merchandising and managing a design center for Lee Wetherington Homes.
